Why were my winnings not credited?
Usually winnings are credited directly to a player's account once the prizes have been announced. With EuroJackpot and EuroMillions, this is usually from 23:30 CET on Fridays. For larger wins, we make the payment personally to the winner.
What is the difference between the "Available Balance" and "Withdrawable Balance"?
All winnings at Lottoland are fully withdrawable. You may use your entire Available Balance to purchase lottery tickets, and it consists of your deposited funds, winnings, as well as coupons and special promotions. Visit us on Facebook to see all our offers for friends.
How can I withdraw my winnings?
We will pay your winnings directly into your bank account.
For making a bank transfer, we require the following information from you:
- For European banks, your International Bank Account Number (IBAN), otherwise your bank account number
- Your Bank Identifier Code (BIC), also known as the SWIFT code
Once this data is saved in our systems, we will be able to process a withdrawal for you.
How can I deposit funds to play at Lottoland?
